MEXP vastgoedexpertise werkt volgens de internationaal erkende RICS-standaarden om onafhankelijke reële, consistente en actuele expertises van uw commercieel of residentieel vastgoed te maken. MEXP vastgoedexpertiseaanvaardt opdrachten van particulieren, banken, advocaten, vastgoedmakelaars, notarissen, rechtbanken, bemiddelaars, accountants, revisoren, huisvestingsmaatschappijen, … in de provincie Limburg, Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant en Brussel hoofdstad.
Job description
- Je bezoekt panden en maakt plaatsbeschrijvingen op aan de hand van een bestaand model.
- Je staat de expert bij tijdens de plaatsbezoeken en helpt de rapporten afwerken.
- Je bereidt taxaties voor en gaat mee op plaatsbezoek.
- Ook andere administratieve taken bij het uitvoeren van de expertisedossiers behoren tot de mogelijkheden.

We zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde en flexibele studenten die een nieuwe uitdaging wel zien zitten.
“Rapporteren wat je ziet!”, is de job omschrijving in één zin.
Interesse in vastgoed is een vereiste. Kennis van gebruikte materialen is een pluspunt maar geen must.
Het belangrijkste is dat de student gemotiveerd is om zaken bij te leren. Correct Nederlands schrijven is wel belangrijk.
Regio Limburg en Kempen.
De beschikbaarheid van de student kan gaan van enkele uren per week, tot enkele dagen per week.
