Le tout avec un Carrefour et un lavoir à 5 min à pied, ainsi qu'un Delhaize un tout petit peu plus loin.
A 5m a pied de l'ULB, a 15m a pied du cimetière d'Ixelles, et a 2m de l'arrêt du tram 8/25.
Je recherche quelqu'un pour louer la chambre à partir du 1 MARS 2021 (ou avant).
La chambre est meublée. L’appartement possède une cuisine équipée avec un lave vaisselle, une salle de bain, des Wc séparés (1 WC seul et 1 WC salle de bain).
LOYER: 500 € charges comprises, internet aussi compris.

It takes a 5m walk to reach the ULB, 15m to reach the CIMETIERE D'IXELLES and a 2m walk to reach the tram 8/25 stop.
I'm looking for someone to rent the second room starting MARCH 1st 2021 (or earlier).
The room is furnished. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom and toilet and another separate toilet.
