La chambre à louer disponible à partir du 1mai au 30 juin donc pour un maximum de 2 mois. Je recherche un(e) colocataire entre 22 et 50 ans (Pas de couple), de préférence une personne très calme et très PROPRE (sans animaux, NON FUMEUR et pas de musicien car l'appartement ne s'y prête pas), ayant des connaissances en français. J'ai un appart avec deux chambres dont une que je mets en location à 450€ TCC (internet compris), elle est meublée, sur Saint Gilles (près du parvis). Transports en commun (bus, train, tram, métro), magasins, poste, parc de Forest, piscine, épiceries, bars et restos sympas à proximité! Le canapé pour la salon est en commande, je l'attends 😩
Me concernant; voilà déjà plusieurs années que je fais de la colocation, je suis propre et calme, ouvert d'esprit, j'aime rencontrer les gens tout en gardant mon intimité.

The room for rent available from May 1 to June 30, therefore for a maximum of 2 months. I am looking for a roommate between 22 and 50 years old (No couple), preferably a very calm and very CLEAN person (no animals, NO SMOKING and no musician because the apartment is not suitable), having knowledge of French. I have an apartment with two bedrooms, one of which I rent at 450 € including VAT (internet included), it is furnished, in Saint Gilles (near the forecourt). Public transport (bus, train, tram, metro), shops, post office, Forest park, swimming pool, grocery stores, bars and nice restaurants nearby!
The sofa for the living room is on order, I'm waiting for it 😩
