I been sharing the apartment for 6 years: the apartment is fully renovated with central heating, all charges included, washing and drying machines, 6 lines of public transport .big parc just nearby, Vello station, swimming pool, fitness club(basic fit and I-fitness), supermarkets, bars, pubs, and restaurant .the street is calm and residential only.
i am the owner so i manage all kind of problems straight away ,so u will never be out of water or days with a broken heater etc... :p I have a daughter that's why I prefer female flatmate
i make a contract as a second residence.
family members or close friends are welcome to stay a weekend from time to time ....
