Quality & Maintenance Improvement Engineer

Help strengthen the way we manage quality, efficiency, and day-to-day operations across our production environment.

You'll be part of a team that's constantly looking for smarter, cleaner, and more reliable ways of working — and you'll have the space to explore ideas, test improvements, and see the impact of your work directly on the shop floor.

You'll be involved in things like:

• Analysing energy use and identifying practical ways to boost efficiency and streamline workflows

• Supporting the development of a maintenance improvement plan and helping roll out a new digital maintenance system

• Improving housekeeping processes, especially around material and tooling management, to ensure everything is traceable and well-organised

• Contributing to continuous-improvement initiatives that make our operations safer, more stable, and more efficient

Your days won't be repetitive. You'll collaborate with technicians, engineers, and quality specialists, get hands-on exposure to how industrial processes really work, and play a role in projects that genuinely improve performance.

A hands‑on problem‑solver who enjoys analysing processes and turning insights into real improvements.

Comfortable in a technical environment and motivated to learn about energy efficiency, maintenance systems, and traceability.

Holds at minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
