Description de la fonction

We’re looking for a Customer Support employer in our REGUS Antwerp Berchem Station EMEA office to analyze delinquent accounts and prepare report on highest risk accounts including recommendations for resolution.

For this challenging fulltime or part-time position that is available from September 1st we are looking for male or female candidates who meet the following requirements.

• Answering and responding to calls, acting as initial point of contact
• Prepare training materials
• Maintain call logs and follow-up
• Perform administrative duties
• Learn and test software applications
• Schedule meetings and training sessions
• Maintain Customer databases
• Provide technical support to customers and employees
• Coordinate customer contact and follow-up
• Escalate issues that are unable to be solved to appropriate individual
• Update other departments regarding customer feedback
• Assist with warehousing and shipment activities
• Prepare reports as necessary

Profil recherché

Education and Qualification. Skills and Specifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Multilingual: Flemish/Dutch, French, English and another important language in the EMEA region
• Maintain a motivated, positive, and professional approach
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work within a collaborative yet competitive environment
• Some transportation, horticulture, high value products experience preferred
• Natural talent in understanding cultural dimensions
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
• Expert level experience with all Microsoft Office programs
• Technical interest in technology, software, and web management
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Self-motivated, confident, creative

• Monthly salary range € 1.650 - € 2.350 gross, fixed (position grade A2) and 13th month reward
