Description de la fonction
The training program is both intense and rewarding. It not only focuses on teamwork and culture, but also, and most importantly, has a strong emphasis on sales and the broader development of our business in Belgium.
All Meltwater managers and managing directors have been developed through this program as have the majority of its executives. In the first three to nine months, sales consultants will learn how to present and sell Meltwater services to executives across all industries. You will be guide through the fundamentals of the B2B sales process.This training program is designed to prepare each consultant for a career in management, and successful completion is required before the individual can be considered for a management position.
After having delivered successful results, a consultant will be given the opportunity to assume responsibility for a team of their own as a sales manager. We are asking:
- University degree or equivalent (any discipline)
- Keen interest in business in Belgium
- B2B sales experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English
