Toyota Motor Europe (TME) handles the wholesale marketing of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, parts & accessories, and manages Toyota’s European R&D, manufacturing and engineering operations.

Description de la fonction

The Brand & Marketing Communications division at TME (Toyota Motor Europe Headquarter) is responsible to develop Pan-European strategies and communication materials (brand, ATL, BTL, digital, social) to promote our brand and models to consumers with a clear benefit proposition and in line with our Toyota brand strategy.

The Brand Communication, social and Olympics/Paralympics partnership team manages:

  • Brand campaign development and implementation;
  • Social media strategy, asset development and influencer activation;
  • Activation of Toyota’s global Olympics/Paralympics partnership.

This is done in a cross-departmental approach within TME and in collaboration with our local NMSCs (National Marketing & Sales Companies).

Your responsibilities:

  • Project management and support related to social media, social listening & reporting, influencer activations & events, and editorial;
  • Support the team on projects related to Toyota’s Olympics & Paralympics partnerships;
  • Support in preparing presentations, analysis or internal documents for key stakeholders and management;
  • General department support (coordination, budget administration, follow up with NMSCs.

Profil recherché

Your profile:

  • Student in final year study (degree: Marketing, Sports Marketing, Communication, Social Media or related);
  • Good knowledge of (international) communication with good affinity and interest in digital and social media technologies;
  • Experience with social analytics/monitoring/listening/engagement tools is a plus;
  • Interest in automotive is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills combined with a creative spirit
  • Flexible team player;
  • Hands-on mentality;
  • Skills: MS Office suite, social media channels and tools;
  • Fluent in English, any other European language a plus.
