Description de la fonction
As first focal point of the customer, the Account coordinator provides outstanding customer service, supporting the Account managers in winning business, pushing for orders directly, receiving and processing orders, arranging delivery of product, following external storage facilities and ensuring timely payment of debts.
Key roles and accountabilities include:
Handling customer enquiries and complaints, contacting customers to negotiate and win orders and working hand in hand with the sales team.
Receiving and processing orders, managing SAP and ensuring documentations for exports process.
Forecasting customer demand and closely monitoring sales rates against forecast. Liaising with commercial and supply chain managers or other sites/depots.
Keeping SAP Master data and other parameters up-dated, ensuring end of month closing activities and following procedures.
Bachelor in a commercial or management field
Fluent French and English with minimum B2 level in one other language ( Dutch, German, Spanish or Italian)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer focused attitude
Good anticipation skills and initiatives
Good organization skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional skills and experience
Good knowledge of SAP and IT tools
Supply chain experience
