Description de la fonction

Sales and Invoicing Administration
- Follow-up of our consultants
- Follow-up of engineers production (verification and recovery)
- Drafting of new contracts or amendments (clients and subcontractors)
- Updating of our intranet management tool
- Cooperation with our accounting firm
- Editing invoicing & Tracking of unpaid
- Payment of suppliers

Employees'Administration
- Managing of personnel records: leave tracking, certificates, mutual group insurance, medical insurance,...
- Preparation and checking of pay items: holidays, bonuses ...
- Managing and follow-up of work permits for workers from foreign countries
- Follow-up of staff

Profil recherché

- You are reliable, responsive, organized, dynamic, eager to learn and have strong interpersonal skills
- Your self-discipline and your sense of initiatives and your autonomy will be your key assets to succeed
- You acquired a degree from a recognized Business School or faculty
- A first experience in personnel administration / sales and invoicing administration is a plus
- You are able to work in English, Dutch and/or French
