Description de la fonction

We are looking for an intern to support the Digital Channel transformation of UTCFS EMEA.  Our goal is to deploy our current eBusiness solution , including new Websites and B2B on-line ordering,  across Europe  and enhance the solution with new commercial features. The intern will be based in Diegem, Brussels Belgium and the  internship period should be between 6 and 12 months.


Position in the organization

The will report to the Digital Channel Manager, who reports to the Marketing Director.

The intern will play an active role in the digital transformation collaborating with external customers and internal customers : Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Product Management.


Key Responsibilities


Driving change management, support the deployment of the on-line ordering solution across Europe (15 sales offices with eCommerce located in different countries)

Collaborate on the implementation of a successful customer adoption strategy for each country supportingacquisition of new eCustomers (converting our existing customers to eCommerce). Contact customers to present them our ecommerce solution.

Stay connected with customer feedback , analyze it and prioritize it into improvements actions.

Support testing for new on-line ordering feature release


Digital content & Marketing

Participate in the management of digital campaigns

Support the implementation of a unique and successful online content strategy by reviewing the quality of product and corporate content

Provide direction for usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

Support testing for new Web feature release

Agile methodology


Profil recherché

As part of the eBusiness team, the intern will get a real experience of the agile methodology, working on a weekly basis with Product Owner, Scrum Master and Development Team

Customer Service

Marketing Europe

Skills required

Interest in digital marketing and e-commerce

Capacity to work with cross-functional teams

Analytical, structured , creative and real team player

At ease in international environment

Experience in change management

Fluent in English. English is ourworking language

Autonomous, persuasive, flexible

Strong communication skills , including listening skills

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
