The General Assistant plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service to our
clients and assisting the General Manager.
As part of a team the General Assistant ensures cleanliness and visual company standards are maintained at all times and the centre is representative of a 5-star business.
Contributing to the overall “first impression” which ultimately will give clients a reason to use Regus and a reason to stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and visual standards throughout the Centre including: kitchen, offices, conference and meeting rooms, toilets and other common areas.
- Ensure client offices are cleaned and prepared for new client move-ins.
- Ensure meeting and conference rooms are cleaned and prepared before and after events therefore ready for client use at all times.
- Delivery of client’s post on a daily basis.
- Preparation and delivery of client refreshments tea, coffee etc.
- Checking all photocopiers and fax machines ensuring they are stocked with paper and print cartridges.
- Highly visible within key areas of responsibility e.g. kitchens, to assist clients as and when needs arise with a flexible and helpful approach.
- Cover switchboard and reception as required.
- A thorough understanding of all key services, products and amenities are critical in the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.
- Demonstrate a true passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to surprise and delight our clients and guests, always going above and beyond.
- Provide a friendly and professional attitude when greeting clients, communicating clearly and effectively, taking pride in the centre appearance and enjoying a professional business environment.
- Adhere to company dress code

Profil recherché

- Ability to manage own workload meeting set timescales and priority of centre/client needs.
- Clear communication skills with a professional manner.
- Customer focused with the desire to work within a service industry with face-to-face client interaction.
- Be able to participate in the lifting & handling of heavy items (e.g. furniture)
- Good English language skill + French and Dutch

Nous offrons

Traineeship for min 3 months. Start date to be discussed (lot of possibilities)
