Spoddle is an event tech startup which creates partnerships for events by connecting sponsors with the right events, concerts and festivals.

We are looking for a few driven and highly motivated interns in different fields to join our event tech startup.
We are looking for:
1. Public Relations / Communications Intern
Core Responsibilities include: getting media exposure, writing press releases, coordinating articles with journalists, reaching out to different media publications, applying for programs and grants.
2. Digital Marketing Intern
Core Responsibilities include: social media, seo, content marketing (writing content).
3. Sales / Business Development Intern
Core Responsibilities include: prospecting, lead generation, outbound sales.
4. Web Development Intern: PHP and/or React
Additional potential responsibilities might include:
You should be comfortable wearing a lot of different hats, getting experience in different areas and working in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a driven, highly motivated and ambitious self-starter.
- You are eager to learn
- Experience with event sponsorships is a major plus!
- You speak English fluently and either French or Dutch. Trilingual is a plus.
- You show perseverance regarding the various challenges which you may encounter

The internship is unpaid however Spoddle is a growing tech startup where your work has an impact. We welcome ideas and curiosity. You are joining a fast-paced movement where you have a real input and voice.
You will also be joining us at an Accelerator (The Birdhouse) until January where you can learn the ins and outs of starting a startup. You’ll be joining a dynamic and great community where you’ll be able to partake and learn from the invaluable lessons, workshops and startup environment. This is as close to Silicon Valley as you can get in Belgium.
