Description de la fonction

We are currently seeking to on-board a dynamic intern to join our Customer & Claims Services – Worker’s Compensation Team:

Does your thirst for knowledge reach way beyond the classroom? Are you eager to find out about the doings and dealings of this department and to take your first steps into the world of work? AXA is happy to offer an appealing opportunity for an intern to explore a social subject matter, with a contract possibly waiting for the right candidate.

  • Administration of occupational accidents involving physical injuries, from claim file creation to file closure

(Act of 10/04/1971, Act of 03/07/1967 and common law)
(opening case files, payment of temporary incapacity for work benefits and medical expenses)

  • Introduction to other departments (underwriting, prevention, etc.)
  • Contacts with victims, insured parties/claimants, medical examiners, inspectors, mutual health benefit societies, etc.

Profil recherché

  • You are a Bachelor or Master’s degree student in Insurance, Finance, Economics, or similar.
  • You are meticulous and have a keen eye for detail
  • You are able to multitask and are eager to learn
  • You are self-reliant
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and are able to communicate in the other national language


  • Min. 2 months 
  • Min. 3 days/week (preferable 5 days/week)
