Learn about our graduate programme – the Future Leaders Programme

At GSK, we have developed our own graduate programme, the Future Leaders programme: it is a two-to-three-year programme that is the ultimate career kick-starter as part of a company whose mission is to get ahead of disease, together.

In a few words, this programme is a career boost:

• You will experience different rotations, allowing you to acquire breadth of experience and depth of expertise.
• You will be accompanied throughout the journey and you will boost your professional development through on-the-job learning, the support of a manager, mentor, buddy as well as the access to a large training platform.
• You will be able to discover what makes you feel empowered and inspired.

By applying for the Future Leader Programme, you will be able to apply for the area that most interests you, from engineering, manufacturing & supply, R&D to sales & marketing, business operations and much more. And find the career path of your dreams!

There are different stages to the application process:

• Online application form on our website you will be able to display your skills and achievements, and express your motivation to join GSK and the career path you have applied to.
• World of GSK (online test): this immersive experience will give you the opportunity of learning more about GSK by viewing video clips with realistic scenarios and expressing how you would react in the situation.
• GSK Life Job Simulation (online test): you will be presented with scenarios you may encounter and asked to respond with video recording, written responses, or multiple choice. It will also give you the opportunity of proving your motivation for the selected role.
• Assessment Centre: this is the final stage. During half a day, you will take part in immersive exercises and a strength-based interview. Depending on the programme you have applied for, you may also be given a practical or technical exercise.
