SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Help Daikin Europe Team (Route and Retail Department) to implement a new EU loyalty program.
The intern, with the support of DENV Team, should:
• Analyze/Study the current loyalty program in place in all EU affiliates, using materials already available at Daikin Europe side or asking directly to affiliates
• Prepare a summary of the current loyalty program in place in all EU affiliates (ideally a sort of guideline of the current loyalty program)
• Visualize/Show the common and the different areas/points among all the EU loyalty program
• Prepare a new EU loyalty program based on the inputs above and collect feedback from all affiliates
