Context: Turnkey project are being performed with subcontractors in construction site with high safety Risk. For this a Safety Roadmap has been created in DENV and need to be implemented in the affiliates with processes, roles and responsibility and templates.
Purpose: Follow up the implementation of this roadmap in the different affiliates performing Turnkey ( among: Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Germany and Turkey). Giving training, organizing workshops, defining action plan and follow up implementation & KPI.
