Controls SBU – Product management Support

A short summary of the project: Supporting the Product management team in some of the core tasks. Depending on the start-up time and business need it could vary between the following more concrete subtasks:

• Consolidating customer needs: Conduct user interviews (HVAC installers, technicians, facility managers, end users, utility companies, service companies). Analyse customer feedback from service teams or our customer experience teams.
• Collate the input, summarizing the feedback and make a clear recommendation on improvements and roadmap.
• Feature Prioritization & Business Case: evaluating various feature by means of a KANO model and propose business case (merit).
• Product sales training material creation: creating a clear product training based on product offering and target market (segments), use cases (residential, commercial, industrial), technical set-up and installation guidance, USP’s and competitor benchmarking

An Engineering background here is preferred, affinity and interest in controls and technology in general is a must.
