International Sales Representative


With 1547% growth in 4 years, Odoo is the fastest growing IT company of Belgium. We are looking for 3 Telesales Representatives to join us at the Odoo headquarter in Brussels. The sales team is responsible for selling Odoo apps to SMEs (1 to 50 users) on the Europe, Middle East and Africa markets. This is a young and fast evolving team


We get around 150 leads per day (contact forms from our website) and you will be responsible for the whole sales cycle:

Initial contact and qualification,
Pain points and business needs analysis,
Demonstration of the product tailored to customer needs,
Quotation and Negotiation.

A typical salesfunnel includes one hundred prospects and the average sales cycle is around 3 months. The typical buyer is the business owner (CEO, Managing director) of a small company having needs for several departments.
In addition to this, as we are still a startup, your job may includes other tasks like: participation to exhibitions, demonstration during conferences, brain storming about how to improve the sales process, ...


Must have

* A passion for sales challenges
* Ability to learn and evolve quickly
* Fluent in these languages:
* English AND Dutch
* Ability to learn all Odoo apps:
* CRM, Website Builder, HR, Project Mgt.
* Ability to talk to SMEs owners and
* understand their business processes
* Business Master degree
