We align People & Organisation – processes, policies and systems - while making the link to the overall People and business strategies. This includes advising clients on all people aspects of organisation transformation, change, Talent Management and/or HR Technology solutions. At PwC we go from strategy through execution, hence you will also be responsible for implementing the advice given.
You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary and international team.
- have a master's degree in Commercial Engineering, (Applied) Economics (HR option) or Business Psychology.
- have an affinity/interest with/in technology, it would be an asset.
- graduate this academic year.
- are an entrepreneurial and client-focused team-player. You combine a strong ability to see things through with good analytical capabilities.
- are flexible in terms of where you work and are prepared to travel within Europe.
- are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
