About the company
Founded in Brussels in 2016, Bambaw Group is a Belgian consumer goods company home to four mission-driven brands: Bambaw, Cozy, Oravix and Arista. Each brand is built on the same belief: that the best waste is the waste never created, and that everyday products should not carry chemicals people wouldn't knowingly choose for themselves. Currently, we are present across whole Europe and the US and Canada in physical and online shops.
We are looking for a motivated Brand & Product Development Intern to help us in our mission.
If you are interested in being challenged in a competitive environment and developing your skills with a quick learning curve, join our team today!

This role is designed for a student who wants hands-on exposure to how a consumer brand takes a product from market insight to launch, and who enjoys working with data and drawing clear conclusions from it.

! When applying don't forget to mention desired start date and numbers of months you are available !
You're a Master's (or final-year Bachelor's) student in Production Engineering, Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, and you're comfortable building and reading data in Excel or Google Sheets. You're genuinely interested in product development / NPI and how brands make product decisions. You're fully proficient in English, with clear written and oral communication. You're structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable drawing conclusions from imperfect data.
Bonus points if:
You have a connection to sustainability, speak an additional language (French is a plus), or are familiar with a BI/analytics tool like Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
Want me to update this directly in the "260831 - Brand & Product Development Intern Overview" project doc (replacing the Required/Nice-to-Have Skills sections), or is this for a separate job posting draft?
