Wat is jouw missie?

Mission:

You will work closely with the Founder to:

Understand the Bookwarm brand values, vision and mission of the company.
Strategize and brainstorm together, to build and execute community building and partnerships in Brussels.
Work with the team to acquire new users for the platform.

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented person who loves connecting with others and isn't afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a room and make things happen. You are curious about brands, community building, and what makes people tick — and you can speak confidently about something you believe in. A passion for books or culture is a big plus, but your drive and personality matter most.

Strong communicator — you are confident reaching out to brands and conveying a value proposition clearly and authentically.

Relationship builder — you enjoy meeting new people and can quickly establish trust with potential partners

User acquisition minded — you are comfortable engaging with communities directly, whether by joining them, tapping into social media groups, or finding creative ways to bring new users to the platform

On-the-ground go-getter — you are happy to travel around Brussels to meet brands in person and make things happen face-to-face

Team player — you collaborate well and are comfortable working closely with a small, fast-moving team

Passion for books, culture, or community is a big plus!
