Store Management Intern

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Store Management Intern to support the daily operations of our first physical pop-up store. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming in-store experience, managing the boutique, and ensuring everything runs smoothly—from customer service to stock and cash management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

• Welcome and advise customers, ensuring a warm and premium in-store experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing CoClo’s values and story with clients.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and day-to-day requests.

Store Operations:

• Manage opening and closing of the boutique.
• Handle cash register operations and payments.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Stock & Merchandising:

• Receive, organize, and restock clothing items.
• Ensure products are well presented and aligned with visual guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the team.

Operational Support:

• Support pop-up store activities and special events.
• Assist with reporting (sales, stock, customer feedback).
• Help improve in-store processes and operations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Interested in fashion, retail, and sustainability.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch and excellent communication skills in English.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
