Community Coordinator Trainee

Le Dolce La Hulpe Brussels, situé au coeur de la forêt de Soignes, est un sanctuaire verdoyant et tranquille à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville et de l’aéroport international de Bruxelles.
Ce complexe hôtelier et centre de conférence haut de gamme a pour but d'apporter à sa clientèle de loisirs et d'affaires tous les bienfaits d'un lieu vraiment inspirant, notamment grâce à son centre Wellness (piscine couverte, sauna, hamman, salle de fitness), son luxueux Spa Cinq Mondes, ses superbes restaurants et bars lounge et ses 264 chambres et suites équipées de commodités ultra-modernes et d'un décor élégant et contemporain.
Offrant plus de 4500 m² d'espace de réunion certifié par l'IACC comprenant 43 salles de réunion équipées de la technologie la plus avancée dont 2 auditoriums, le Dolce La Hulpe Brussels crée un équilibre entre le travail et la détente en proposant des opportunités sportives, récréatives et de loisir sur place.

Functieomschrijving

1. Content creation – writing blog posts and material for social media channels - 25%

2. Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and other strategically relevant social media. Driving engagement of Dolce La Hulpe Brussels and promoting digital opportunities - 30%

3. Customer relations – the Community Coordinator Trainee is responsible for customer support through the social media.  He is also responsible for answering any online guest comment and other feedback from Tripadvisor and other dot coms allowing direct online feedback - 25%

4. Communications/marketing strategy – the Community Coordinator Trainee is responsible for creating a strategic marketing/communications plan on social media - 10%

5. Analytics – Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives - 10%

 

This role is based in La Hulpe, Belgium

Profiel

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce or online marketing, ideally within a Digital Marketing or Online Travel Agency environment
Experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Insight etc.) is an advantage
Previous experience in consumer-led marketing and social media in particular is a plus
Fluency in spoken and written English, French and Dutch is essential
High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programmes
