Reporting to our Sales Manager, your main mission will be to help us scale sales across Flanders & the Netherlands.
Your key missions:
- Prospect & open doors: identify and qualify new accounts (mainly industrial firms), generate meetings, and keep the pipeline moving.
- Run conversations: support product demos, discovery calls, and follow-ups; help prepare commercial offers.
- Inbound & events: collaborate with MarCom on the website/LinkedIn funnel and help organize webinars & events.
- Pipeline management: create, nurture, and help close opportunities in HubSpot; maintain clean CRM hygiene.
- Insights & upsell: analyze KPIs and pipeline performance; spot upsell opportunities with the Consulting team.
- Process improvement: suggest and test growth experiments to raise reply rates, conversion, and velocity.
