Software engineer intern

You’ll work on the core of Daidalo: the technology that structures, enriches and makes recruitment data reliable at scale. You’ll contribute to backend features, data pipelines and AI services — and see firsthand how technical decisions impact the product and our clients.

What you’ll do

Backend & feature development

• Write and improve backend services in Python.
• Help build new product features.
• Dig into bugs and fix them properly.
• Work with APIs — integrating and testing.

Data & AI engineering

• Help build and improve our data pipelines.
• Experiment with AI-driven services — LLM integrations, parsing, matching.
• Help improve data quality and pipeline performance.

Technical optimisation

• Spot bottlenecks and help optimise them.
• Improve testing and documentation.
• Think along on scalability and performance challenges.

• Studying Computer Science, Engineering or something similar.
• Some experience with backend development in Python.
• Interested in data engineering and AI.
• Analytical, eager to learn and hands-on.
• You want to understand how a SaaS product actually works — technically and commercially.
• Bonus if you know your way around APIs, databases or cloud.
