About the internship
We're looking for a Marketing intern who wants to see it all: from strategy to execution, from a post to a pop-up. 🎯
You're not just an intern, you get a 360° view of how a young brand is built and contribute to it yourself, online and offline.
What you'll enjoy doing:
- Supporting the marketing team on both day-to-day and strategic projects
- Creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Helping with email campaigns and automations
- Thinking along on advertising on Meta and Google
- Photo, video and design work (Canva/Figma)
- Brand experience: helping prepare events, pop-ups, trade fairs and activities in the Hub, and being there on the floor
- Community management: responding to questions and stories from our customers
- Market research and competitor analysis: what are others doing, and how do we do it differently?
In short: a broad internship where you discover which side of marketing sparks you the most.
And now the best part: you get A LOT of autonomy in a FAST-CHANGING environment.
Oh, and did we mention we have a DOG at the office? 🐶 (our very own Chief Happiness Officer)
Wie zoeken we?
Sound like you?
What you bring:
- You're studying marketing, communication, business or a related field (bachelor or master)
- You want to learn broadly and switch easily from one project to the next
- Creative, organised, and you like taking initiative
- Warm and social: you enjoy connecting with customers
- Knowledge of social media and digital tools is a plus
Wat bieden we aan?
What we offer
- A broad internship with real responsibility across all marketing disciplines
- Working directly with the founding team and our marketing team, no layers of bureaucracy 🙌
- A dedicated mentor who makes time for you, plus feedback you can actually use
- Projects you can take into your portfolio or internship report
- Flexible workplace and hours
- Personal discount on our products (and your daily Daili 😉)
- A warm company culture where quality, honesty, collaboration and our customers come first (yes, we do team buildings 🥳)
- Room for your own ideas in a fast-growing scale-up (Belgium, the Netherlands and beyond) 🌍
