As part of the Process & Vendor Management Team, you'll be involved in a variety of key projects that help our marketplace run efficiently and reliably. Your tasks will include:
Supporting the mapping, improvement, and externalization of operational processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Working closely with our payment provider, you will help track and follow up on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and assist with ongoing operational topics to ensure smooth and timely payments.
Supporting the follow-up of workflows between our internal Seller Support team and external partners, acting as a link to ensure alignment and drive improvements.
Collaborating with local and external CRC teams to improve Decathlon’s customer satisfaction. This includes animating local teams and driving process and quality alignment across all stakeholders to ensure a consistent and high-standard service level.
You'll be a key point of contact, facilitating communication between the Process Management team and various internal departments. You will provide timely updates on project progress, process changes, and key developments to ensure all teams are aligned and informed. This includes preparing and presenting reports, as well as acting as a central hub for information flow to drive cross-functional collaboration.
