As a Learning & Development intern, your role is to assist the L&D team with day-to-day administrative duties and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
You will be part of a team of L&D professionals, which forms part of the wider Human Resources Department.
Your next challenge
In close collaboration with the rest of the team you will:
• Actively participate in training session
organization (Invite attendees, room booking, etc.)
• Produce and maintain accurate records of L&D activities in our Learning Management System, in
compliance with procedures (e.g. creation and closing of training sessions)
• Provide weekly statistics and relevant reports of L&D activities for better decision making by internal stakeholders (e.g. training evaluations reports, learning history reports and others L&D metrics)
• Liaise with internal clients and external training providers to achieve deliverables
• Provide administrative support to the L&D team to help achieve development goal.
• Raise purchase orders for trainings related costs and liaise with our Finance Department for invoicing and expenses processing
• Manage the L&D inbox/ ticketing system and connect with relevant L&D coordinators to ensure all queries are dealt with in due time
• Support the L&D team through ad-hoc project as required
• Take part to the INFPC reporting process
