Design & Drop Coordination Intern - hands-on + equity potential

We are launching the pilot of UpDesignr and are looking for motivated interns to support the development and early operations of the platform.

Fast fashion still wins — not because people don’t care, but because it’s fast, fun, and cheap.

Most sustainable fashion asks people to buy basics and wear them forever — noble, but not always exciting.

UpDesignr offers something different: custom, sustainable, on-trend remakes of the existing clothes — fashion that feels new, without buying new.

We’re building a tech-enabled platform that makes circular fashion as seamless as shopping online, connecting customers with local makers and designer-approved remake or repair designs. Each piece carries provenance, craftsmanship, and community built in, giving clothes a true second life.

UpDesignr is an early-stage circular fashion venture within the FoxandFriends.agency open start-up studio.

At FoxandFriends.agency people help build start-ups without being hired or having to found a company alone. They contribute to ventures in formation and earn ownership based on what they help build.

Interns are contributors too: you’ll take real responsibility, help shape the project, and have the potential to earn an equity stake based on your contributions.

As the Design & Drop Coordination Intern you will:

• Help coordinate the first design drop
• Outreach/support to designers and stitchers/ateliers
• Assist with curation, co-creation and coordination of production

• Recent graduates
• Individuals eager to gain real start-up experience

Fashion-related experience or training is welcome, but not mandatory.

What You Will Learn

• Hands-on experience in a circular fashion start-up pilot
• Involvement in building and validating an MVP
• Mentorship and learning within the Fox & Friends start-up studio framework

Conditions

• Internship position (unpaid), with meaningful learning outcomes
• Minimum 3 months, part-time hours (flexible)
• Based in Brussels or remote-friendly (Belgium preferred)
