Today, Hedgren is sold in more than 50 countries through our own e-store, leading online marketplaces and an extensive global retail network. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working with an international brand at the heart of our growing eCommerce business.

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive eCommerce & Marketplace Intern to support the day-to-day management of Hedgren's online business. You'll work across our own e-store and leading marketplaces, helping ensure our products are presented at their best while supporting catalogue management, CRM activities and marketplace operations.

This is an great opportunity for someone who is organised, curious and looking to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising and online marketplaces within an international consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

e-Store Merchandising

• Maintain product merchandising across the e-store
• Help manage product positioning and visual merchandising across category pages
• Carry out regular website quality checks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure product information is accurate
• Optimise product image order and presentation

CRM & Email Marketing

• Support the planning of the email marketing calendar
• Help develop campaign ideas, stories and promotional themes
• Create email briefs, including AI-assisted copywriting
• Select appropriate product and lifestyle imagery for campaigns

Marketplace Support

• Assist with maintaining the marketplace promotional and trading calendar
• Coordinate launches, campaigns and key trading moments across marketplaces
• Support day-to-day marketplace administration and product updates

Ad-Hoc

• Perform product and website quality checks
• Support eCommerce projects as required
