Internship - Spare Part optimization - Global Engineering

Your Responsibilities:
Global Asset Management team aims to improve asset reliability, defining strategy and systems, supporting sites in the implementation, assess performance and sharing collaborative knowledge across all Vaccines sites, in order to ensure reliable supply in GIO
Inside the team, the trainee will perform a deep analysis on maintenance spare parts management, on the strategy in place in the different sites, and will propose a cost optimization through different scenario to senior management.

Your responsibilities are:

• Analysis of spend for spare parts and tools in the different site, for GxP and Non GxP spare
• Analysis of usage of the spare part, rotation point, inventory level…
• Propose optimization for spare parts use by internal and externa staff
• Propose an outsourcing strategy using integrator to optimize the sourcing
• Evaluate the savings of the different options

Profiel

Basic qualifications:
• You are able to speak and write fluently in English and French
• You have a technical knowledge
• You are understanding the principle of engineering and Maintenance
• You have an analytical skill,yo are rigorous
• You have an a good knowledge of Excel

Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Experience in engineering or maintenance department
• Knowledge on logistic / supply chain
