Marketing & Growth internship - stage bij Koqoon

Wat is jouw missie?

Building our B2B online presence across LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
Creating engaging content to develop our brand
Managing email communication, from feature updates to automated flows, to keep users informed and engaged
Collecting and analysing customer feedback through surveys, emails, and calls to improve product experience and positioning
Identifying ways to expand relationships with existing users and improve customer satisfaction
Keeping our CRM, website, and marketing tools structured and up to date
Working closely with the founders to drive the growth strategy and customer engagement

Wie zoeken we?

Fluent in both Dutch and French
Pursuing a masters degree in Marketing, Communication or Business/Economics
Ambitious and eager to make an impact in marketing and growth
Curious and motivated to learn
Enjoys creating content and engaging with an online audience
Likes connecting with customers to understand their needs and improve their experience
Results-driven and proactive in taking initiative
Can commit to at least 3 days a week working in person at the office (in Ixelles)
Can commit for a minimum of 3 months
