We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on and service-minded intern with a strong interest in the beauty and luxury industry. You will support our team in bringing our brands to life in-store through retail animations, sales activations and events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the retail floor, interacting with customers and collaborating closely with store teams, while also supporting the preparation, coordination and follow-up of activations.

Your responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day execution of retail animations and sales activations in our boutiques and stores
• Be present on the retail floor during key activations, welcoming and engaging customers and contributing to a premium customer experience
• Build strong relationships with store teams and Beauty Hosts, ensuring smooth communication and execution of activations
• Support the practical preparation and set-up of animations and events, including materials, products and other operational needs
• Assist with the organization and coordination of in-store events, animations and brand activation projects
• Ensure activations are executed according to brand guidelines and help maintain a high level of presentation and service
• Gather feedback from customers and store teams and help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and sales performance
• Support post-event follow-up and basic performance analysis by collecting and reviewing relevant results and learnings
• Provide operational and administrative support related to retail activities, events and ongoing projects
• Be ready to step in wherever needed to ensure the successful execution of an activation or event

• Strong interest in the beauty, luxury and retail industry
• Outgoing, approachable and customer-oriented, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service
• Comfortable interacting with customers and building positive relationships with store teams
• Hands-on and proactive, with a “can-do” mentality and willingness to take initiative
• Organized, reliable and attentive to detail
• Able to work independently while enjoying being part of a team
• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Curious about sales performance and willing to learn from activation results and customer feedback
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus
