Wat is jouw missie?
Develop a structured approach to analyze existing product feedback, bugs, issues, and feature requests, and translate this input into clear, prioritized actions for the Product and Engineering teams.
Project scope:
- Analyze feedback and requests collected from Sales, Client Success, Management, and other stakeholders.
- Identify recurring issues, common user needs, trends, and potential product gaps.
- Categorize requests by topic, customer need, urgency, business impact, and potential product value.
- Identify patterns and opportunities that may not be visible when looking at individual requests separately.
- Translate relevant findings into clear Jira tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Support Product/Engineering teams in maintaining a structured and prioritized backlog.
Wie zoeken we?
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong interest in digital platforms, technology and how systems work
- Comfortable learning and working with new digital tools and technologies
- Able to understand and analyze system-related issues, processes and data
- Technologically curious and interested in understanding how different systems and platforms connect and interact
