Pacson Music School is looking for an Operations & Business Administration Intern to join our growing team in Brussels. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to gain real experience inside a developing music education startup and contribute directly to how the school is organized, managed and grown.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and collaborate with our existing team of three interns across Finance & Controls and Media & Communications. Your role will help connect different areas of the school, strengthen our internal organization and ensure that important operational and administrative tasks move forward.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, takes initiative, communicates clearly and wants to understand how a growing organization operates from the inside.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership.

The ideal candidate does not wait to be given every next step. You are someone who can understand a goal, identify what needs to happen, communicate when something is unclear, and follow a task through to completion.

You may be studying Business Management, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Administration or a related field.

Can work in English; French is a strong advantage

Are open to feedback and willing to learn

Previous startup or music-industry experience is not required. We care more about your mindset, reliability and willingness to take responsibility.
