Property Manager


Colive est une start-up Bruxelloise qui loue des chambres dans des maisons unifamiliale ; offrant un accès partagé aux espaces communs ultra cosy et en offrant un service de haute gamme à ses locataires. 

Colive met tout en œuvre pour créer un espace conviviale facilitant les rencontres et les moments partagés entre les différents habitants ; Colivers. 

Soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires, Colive garantie de vivre avec des gens du milieu professionnel très varié mais qui partage un mode de vie similaire. 


Become proudly part of promising one-year-old start-up in real estate that already sees a bright future and is expected to expand in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Liège in 2019 and internationally thereafter.

Global mission: Be an ambassador, as a community manager you will be working closely with the CEO of Colive. Be responsible for the maintenance of our current and future houses. Be the contact person of the inhabitants, our Colivers, and settle their requests concerning houses. As their main contact person, you will represent us in addition to maintaining Colive standards: to keep a high satisfaction from their first contact until after their stay among Colive.

 Property management  

Resolve issues that might arise regarding members living, ensuring highest level of member satisfaction.
Organize, book, supervise; housekeepers and technician for all houses,

Be a smart cookie for little maintenance issues that could occur,
When new houses are acquired for Colive; working closely with the CEO, to organise the coming of all parties needed organise all parties involved, including: interior designer, electrician, heating engineer, etc, create a house in respect of Colive’s values.

Community Manager

Organize visit with potential Colivers, represent Colive, vendor spirit,
Prepare rooms before Colivers arrivals, welcome and guide through their check-in process, making them feel at home,
Build and facilitate genuine human connections with and within the community through introductions and guided shared experiences,
Strive to create atmosphere, where each individual has a sense of belonging and cared for.


Come up with ideas, plan, lead, and implement community events and local experiences; ensure member engagement and attendance,
Support event should be organized around the Colive spirit, every 3 months,
Work hand in hand with the Colive team to be helped during the organization, not be afraid to ask some involvement (posts, newsletters, blog content, etc.),
Encourage community members to initiate member-led events and provide tools and assistance,
Have strong organizational skills to be able to handle almost 100 Colivers among 10 houses.


Engage with Colive team to provide insights on community and identify ways to improve,
Clearly communicate Colive purpose, values to new and existing members and set right expectations as well as personally represent the values.


Skills needed: 

  • Be a communicative and social person 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Keep a Zen-attitude under high pressure
  • Languages required: French and English. 
  • Problem solver
  • Driving licence
