What you’ll actually do

You’ll support on projects that sit at the intersection of Talent access, Diversity & inclusion and External partnerships

Concretely:

• Help launch and activate initiatives like Duo for a Job
• Connect with organisations, startups & ecosystem players
• Create content that makes people want to join (not just read)
• Support workshops, events or pilot projects
• Turn ideas into something real (yes, you’ll execute, not just observe)
