We’re looking for talented interns to join our Managed Services team within our Management Consulting department during this academic year (25-26).
Your impact

- Participate actively in daily operations and project management office activities (project support, financial support, reporting, market research)

What you will learn and do
You help our clients in the support and execution of their HR and/or recruitment operations, while providing them with our consulting expertise:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including talent hunting, sourcing, initial candidate screening, interviews and extending job offers
- Buildtalent pool with active candidates on social media and job boards
- Conductphone screenings to assesscandidates qualification and skills
- Participate to job fairs to liaisewith potential candidates
- Redesign recruitment/HR workflows and identify areas for enhancement
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for clients
- Conduct process mapping and continuous improvement activities
- Analyze market trends and innovative working methods, providing strategic advice
- Build and deliver workshops and training sessions to enhance capabilities and improve HR processes
- Collect, transform, and analyze HR data to facilitate effective decision-making
- Provide actionable insights to align with business objectives
- Participate in HR improvement initiatives and projects related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
- Support the creation and implementation of HR deliverables, including SOPs and operational guidelines
