TMC Belgium is looking for an ambitious and driven student that wants to do an internship in a fast-moving and challenging environment. During your internship at TMC, you will be the main responsible of one of our most important yearly programs called: The Young Graduate Program. This Program is a recruitment program organized by TMC in which we target the best engineering Young Graduates of 2019. 


The program contains three main stages:

  1. Presence at job fairs
  2. Organizing CV-screening sessions
  3. Organizing and managing the in-house assessment days


Some of your tasks and responsabilities will include:

  • Strategically analyzing the results of the previous edition of the Young Graduate Program and adapting the existing concept to the current reality of the Belgian labor market.
  • Goalsetting accordingly to the objectives of TMC for 2020.
  • Budget-planning and financial reporting to the management.
  • Planning and organizing 10 in-house assessment days consisting out of 3 interview rounds and a business case.
  • Pitching the TMC and its unique model at the biggest job fairs in Belgium.
  • Setting up CV-screening sessions as well as overseeing the screening of over 1000 CV’s.
  • Weekly reporting during the management meeting of the current results and the actions to be taken.
  • Following up of the candidates: inviting them for a second and/or third round interview and finally overseeing the contract proposals.



  • You are currently studying (or recently graduated) in economics, communication, business administration or social sciences.
  • You speak fluently French or Dutch, English is mandatory.
  • You are fulltime available for 5 or 6 months.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team.
  • You are organized and rigorous.
  • Open and dynamic, you are a go-getter and have a sense of challenge.
