Marketing & Communication Intern

What you'll do

This isn't a guided internship. There's no one looking over your shoulder telling you what to post or when. You take ownership of our entire marketing and communications — and you run with it.

Social Media & Community Management

• Own and manage all our social media channels, fully autonomously
• Create content that stops people scrolling — posts, visuals, videos, photos
• Grow our online presence and build a community around Squarehub

Marketing & Campaigns

• Imagine and execute bold, out-of-the-box campaigns to attract clients and candidates
• Test, learn, iterate — you decide what gets tried
• Think beyond the obvious and bring ideas nobody asked for but everyone needed

Brand & Communications

• Take the Squarehub brand and make it mean something in a niche sector
• Handle our overall communication inside and out
• Build something you'll be proud to put in your portfolio

Who you are

• Trilingual FR / NL / EN — no exceptions
• Entrepreneurial by nature — you see a gap and you fill it, without being asked
• You think in terms of business impact and brand image, not just content for the sake of it
• You can shoot and edit video, create visuals and tell a compelling story
• You have a sales mindset — you want to attract, convince and convert
• You're the type who comes in on Monday with three new ideas
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
