Learn about GSK's Graduate Programme

At GSK, we have developed our own graduate programme, the GSK Graduate Programme: it is a two-to-three-year programme that is the ultimate career kick-starter as part of a company whose mission is to get ahead of disease, together.

In a few words, this programme is a career boost:

• You will experience different rotations, allowing you to acquire breadth of experience and depth of expertise.
• You will be accompanied throughout the journey and you will boost your professional development through on-the-job learning, the support of a manager, mentor, buddy as well as the access to a large training platform.
• You will be able to discover what makes you feel empowered and inspired.

By applying for the Graduate Programme, you will be able to apply for the area that most interests you, from engineering, manufacturing & supply, R&D to sales & marketing, business operations and much more. And find the career path of your dreams!

There are different stages to the application process:

1. Eligibility Form: The first step is to complete our eligibility form, which helps us determine whether you meet the basic entry requirements for the programme. This stage ensures you’re aligned with the qualifications and experience outlined in the role description. Be sure to fill out this form carefully and accurately, as it sets the foundation for your application.
2. GSK Digital Assessment: After passing the eligibility stage, you’ll move on to the GSK Digital Assessment. This is an opportunity for us to dive deeper into your skills, personality traits, and problem-solving abilities through tailored online assessments. The digital assessment may include situational judgment questions, cognitive ability tests, and tasks designed to understand how you approach challenges. Make sure to complete this stage in a quiet, distraction-free environment, and give yourself plenty of time to think about your responses.
3. Assessment Centre: If you successfully complete the digital assessment, you’ll be invited to the final stage: the assessment centre. This is a collaborative and immersive experience that gives you the chance to demonstrate your skills in real-life scenarios. You’ll participate in group activities, individual tasks, and possibly interviews with GSK leaders. The assessment centre is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your problem-solving capabilities, teamwork, and alignment with GSK’s values.
