The International Talent Program (ITP) at ING gives Young Graduates the opportunity to gain as much experience as possible, in different departments. As part of the ITP, you will receive training and assignments abroad, in order to encourage you to develop yourself as a world citizen. For example, you can choose an assignment for your third position within the traineeship at any ING branch in the world. Hong Kong? Spain? Singapore? America? The choice is all yours!
