In order to support our growing company, we are looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team.

The Customer Care Manager is a key role partnering with our customers and connecting their adoption, expansion and renewal phases. This role is supported by several teams, including the Sales, Support and Services team. You will be part of an empathetic, supportive and multicultural team.

What do we expect from you?
- As a Customer Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing our self-subscribers — customers who independently subscribed to Odoo.
- Given the significant volume of customers, this role demands a keen sense of priority management. Of course, you will use Odoo to its full potential for managing your administrative tasks.
- You will work closely with our Account Managers team, as they will handle the follow-up for customers requiring a more sales-oriented approach.
