How do I put my room online ?

Simply create an account via the following page: here.

Be sure to indicate that you are an owner or student (if applicable) when you create your account.

Once your account has been created, we will ask you to fill in a form with your contact details. We insist that your contact information will not be shared with other companies/persons.

When your profile is completed you will be able to place your real estate ads through a form containing the essential elements. You will of course have the opportunity to add photos and geo-locate your ad. Your ad will stay online during two months by default. You will be able to edit or delete it at any time.

My ad is online, how will students be able to contact me ?

Students looking for accommodation can carry out their research on the basis of different criteria (price, location, type of accommodation,...). They will have the opportunity to contact the owners through the internal messaging system. Each time a student sends you a message, you will be notified by email.

You will then be able to reply to students who have sent you a message via your mailbox on student.be.
