This traineeship challenges you to go beyond the numbers. In just two years, you'll take on different data roles, discover multiple companies, but most of all, you'll get plenty of training and a personal coach. Hard skills? Yup. Human skills? Double yup. That mix turns you into a data chief.

• Explore every corner and find your data thing: Experiment with roles like data analyst, translator, business analyst or junior data scientist and find what fits you best! 
• Grasp the bigger picture: Rotate between different companies, teams and sectors. Each assignment will add value to your data understanding.  
• A tight-knit community: From your coach and data mentor (2 people, yes!) to our data, AI & IT trainees.  
• Train your human side: Communication, leadership, self-awareness, critical thinking, and many more!  
• Develop your tech skills: Hackathon, customer cases and a personal budgets? 

You have a bachelor or master in a data-oriented field. 

Think Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, AI or Data Science. And max 3 years of experience. 

You are curious.  

You’re genuinely open to discovering the unknown. To try out everything there is in the data world. 

You know your way around data & code. 

Excel feels like second nature, and you’ve already played around with tools like Python, SQL or Power BI. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or Databricks are a big plus! 

French, Dutch & English 

Yes, all three. So jumping companies across Belgium is easy. Concretely? C1 in English plus a C2 in Dutch of French AND B1 in the other. 

What about people skills? 

You’ll grow a lot, but we do expect a strong foundation. You communicate clearly, connect easily and dare to speak up. Presence, empathy, guts, problem-solving, and a critical mindset: that’s what we’re after.
