As a Shiftleader at Barouche, you are managing the daily operations of the restaurant - creating memorable customer experiences, and helping shape the future of a fast-growing food start-up.

What you’ll do:

Be part of a dynamic team - keeping the vibes positive and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Make sure every pita and bowl meets Barouche’s high quality standards.
Help customers with their orders and deliver an outstanding Barouche experience.
Maintain high standards in cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented way.
