About Esmero

Esmero is an artisanal atelier and boutique in Brussels, dedicated to handcrafted Argentine alfajores and homemade dulce de leche.

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and hands-on student to join us during our production days.

The job

This is a hands-on kitchen production role. You will work alongside our team and help us prepare our alfajores from start to finish.

Your tasks will include:

• Cutting and baking biscuits
• Preparing ingredients and organising the workspace
• Washing utensils and equipment
• Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces
• Cleaning the kitchen thoroughly after production, including floors
• Keeping the production area organised throughout the day
• Helping with other kitchen tasks when needed

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is agile, energetic and works at a good pace
• Is not afraid of physical, hands-on work
• Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in their work
• Is reliable and punctual
• Can follow instructions carefully and work independently once trained
• Is comfortable with repetitive tasks when necessary
• Understands that cleaning is an essential part of working in a professional kitchen
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and is genuinely willing to work
• Enjoys working as part of a small team

Previous kitchen or pastry experience is a plus, but not essential. What matters most to us is your attitude, energy and willingness to get involved.

Practical information

📍 Location: Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Brussels

⏰ Schedule: Part-time student job, mainly production days

📅 Availability: Weekdays and/or Saturdays depending on production needs

🎓 Student status required
