AI Production Roles
About FashionOne Europe NV
FashionOne Europe NV is a content production company based in Antwerp. We build entertainment for global audiences using a mix of traditional creative craft and the latest generative AI tools. Our slate ranges from anime style storytelling to mainstream entertainment formats, and we are now expanding our Antwerp studio team.
We are looking for a small group of enthusiastic people who love the craft of visual storytelling and who are excited about what AI tools can do in production. Our environment is fast moving, hands on, and built around small teams shipping real work, not theory.
This pack contains three open roles in our AI production team.
AI Production Assistant
The role
This is an entry level role for someone who is passionate about anime, manga, and entertainment, and who wants to learn the craft of AI assisted content production. You will work alongside our visual and video leads, supporting the full production pipeline from prompt design through to final delivery.
This role suits candidates who enjoy flexible hours, including students who can commit to regular weekly shifts and people looking for part time, hands on creative work.
What you will do
⢠Generate, organise, and tag image and video assets using tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, Kling, and similar.
⢠Write and refine prompts under direction from senior producers.
⢠Help maintain reference libraries, style guides, and asset folders.
⢠Assist with simple edits, upscaling, and quality checks before delivery.
⢠Keep production trackers up to date and flag issues early.
What we are looking for
⢠Genuine affinity with anime, manga, and Asian entertainment aesthetics. Knowledge of formats, sub genres, and visual conventions is highly valued.
⢠Hands on experience with at least one generative AI tool, even at hobby level.
⢠Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
⢠Curious, fast to learn, and happy to take direction.
⢠Fluent English. Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or another Asian language is welcome but not required.
⢠Studying in a related field, for example animation, film, design, illustration, media, or computer science, is an advantage.
Working pattern
On site at our Antwerp studio. Flexible hours arranged around production schedules. Paid hourly at a competitive rate. The role suits candidates who can commit to regular weekly hours, including students and those looking for part time or flexible work.

AI Visual Designer
The role
You will lead the creation of stills, character designs, environments, and key art for our productions. You will combine a strong visual eye with deep knowledge of generative image tools to deliver a consistent look across each project.
What you will do
⢠Develop characters, backgrounds, and key visuals from creative briefs.
⢠Build and maintain look development pipelines using tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, and Photoshop.
⢠Train and fine tune models or LoRAs to keep characters and styles consistent across scenes.
⢠Work closely with the AI Video Producer to make sure stills translate well to motion.
⢠Document your prompts, settings, and workflows so the team can build on your work.
What we are looking for
⢠Strong portfolio showing AI generated visual work, ideally including anime or stylised entertainment content.
⢠Confident with ComfyUI and node based workflows. Experience with LoRAs, ControlNet, IP Adapter, or similar is highly valued.

AI Video Producer
The role
You will turn stills, scripts, and concepts into finished video sequences using a mix of generative video tools and traditional editing. You will own the technical and creative quality of motion output, from camera movement and pacing to sound and final delivery.
What you will do
⢠Produce video sequences using tools such as Runway, Kling, Hailuo, Sora, Luma, and similar, plus traditional editing in Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
⢠Plan shots, build storyboards, and translate them into prompt sequences and animation.
⢠Work with the AI Visual Designer to make sure character and style consistency holds across motion.
⢠Handle simple sound design, music selection, and basic colour work, or coordinate with specialists.
⢠Track output quality, troubleshoot generation issues, and keep a clean delivery pipeline.
What we are looking for
⢠Showreel demonstrating AI generated or hybrid video work. Anime style or stylised entertainment work is a strong plus.
⢠Hands on experience with at least two generative video tools and confident in a non linear editor.
⢠Strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling.
⢠Comfortable working iteratively, with many takes and revisions, to reach a high bar.
⢠Fluent English. Other languages welcome.
⢠Formal training in film, animation, or motion is welcome but not required.
