As a Studio Manager, you will be the face of Plug The Jack on site. You ensure that artists have a smooth, safe, and inspiring experience while maintaining the quality and atmosphere of the studios.

Your responsibilities: 

Support and assist artists

• Welcome and assist artists on site when needed
• Answer questions via phone and WhatsApp
• Help resolve basic technical issues (audio setup, equipment, access codes)
• Ensure artists understand and respect the studio rules

Maintain studio quality

• Reset studios after each session (equipment positioning, cleaning, organization)
• Ensure studios and common areas remain clean and professional
• Monitor studio usage and ensure rules and schedules are respected
• Report any technical issues or incidents

Ensure smooth daily operations

• Monitor reservations and studio access
• Support basic administrative tasks (emails, account validation, reporting)
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all artists 

Who we're looking for:

• You are a musician and at least 20 years old.
• Passionate about music, audio, or creative environments
• Reliable, responsible, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently
• Friendly and professional with clients
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic computer/audio equipment
• Fluent in English & Dutch (French is a plus) 

• Work in a music studio environment
• Flexible schedule compatible with studies
• Valuable experience in the music and creative industry
• A young, dynamic, and passionate team
